We provide a wide range of services such as individual therapy, family therapy, Couples therapy, overthinking, anger-management, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, coaching, and emotional support using different treatment modalities and cognitive approaches. This is a Christian perspective ministry and is open to all dimensional beliefs. We believe in the Lord Jesus Christ; His mission on earth was to reach out to those lost and who wanted to be free. Jesus did not come for those who were already whole but for the broken.

For Christians, the two apparent truths from the Bible founds in the book of Roman 12:2
"Be transformed by the renewing of your mind."
And Philippians 4: 6-8,
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests
to God."
All I ask is your faith with mine, and we can petition God together; he can't wait to hear from us. When King David's spirit was in tumult when his fears were too difficult to handle when his mind was tormented by worry, he "sought the Lord."
Thankfully the word of God tells us in the book of Isaiah
41:10,
"so do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."

We all heard this statement
"How could a loving Father (God) allow___?"with any horrible traumatic event that occurs. We use this line when we want to fight against the love of God; we seem to forget that we live in a cruel world, sins was introduced to this world by the first man that God created Adam and Eve, they had a choice to obey and live, disobey die, they choose
death when they disobey God. God lives a man with their free will, to choose good from evil, but that doesn't mean that God is not in control; through our trials of suffering and pain, we have the opportunity to get closer to God, for vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19).
