Cast Your Cares on Him
Anxiety can feel overwhelming, but the Bible encourages us to cast our worries on God. 1 Peter 5:7 reminds us, "Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you." Teach your children to bring their fears and concerns to God in prayer. Assure them that God is always listening and cares deeply about their struggles. This act of casting our cares onto Him can bring immense relief and a sense of being supported by a loving Father.
Find Strength in God's Presence
In moments of despair, it's crucial to remember that we are never alone. Psalm 34:18 offers comfort: "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Share with your children that God is near, especially when they feel most vulnerable. His presence is a source of strength and comfort, providing solace and the assurance that He is walking with them through every valley.
